Originally published as the 2 minute Guide in 2005, this informative, easy to read handbook aims to provide organisations with a simple tool to help understand more clearly the contribution that compliance, risk, ethics, governance and CSR can play in the long term success and sustainability of the organisation.
Designed for CEO’s and Boards, the Quick Guide seeks to cut through the complexity of Compliance and provides a series of key questions that help to raise awareness on the value that an effective compliance culture can bring to their organisation. The questions can help management to assess the organisations status and maturity in these key areas, and provides some suggestions to the way in which to achieve the greatest impact in the business.
