Description
This workshop takes a broader practical view of risk management in operation. The workshop program covers processes, analysis and provides practical exercises in the application of enterprise risk management.
 
You will explore the differences between the ISO:31000 and the AS4360 and explain how to benchmark your existing frameworks against the international standard. Designed to develop your skills and understanding around the application of the International Standard for Risk ISO31000 in your organisation. Covering the practice of risk management from the Board’s perspective to the operator developing controls and populating the risk register and managing risk treatment strategies, this workshop will show you how to use the standard as a benchmark for best practice.
