As Risk and Compliance professionals, it is vital that all our communications with key stakeholders is clear, impactful and complements the credibility built through our technical knowledge. A subtle and yet profound way to ensure our authority is not diluted in our communication is to eliminate the use of filler words and doubtful/diluting words and phrases from our speech.
Training approach:
This is a very practical course where tips and tools are provided, practice time is given and expert feedback provided to ensure participants are equipped with all they need to continually be working on elimination of filler words and diluting/doubtful words and phrases.
