Description
If you would like improve the engagement of the 1st Line in your Risk and Compliance Training initiatives or you are looking to refresh your understanding of workplace learning, inclusive of current trends in virtual delivery and micro learning, this highly interactive program is the one for you.
In this virtual program, you will be shown how to deepen your understanding of 1st Line issues by way of conducting an effective training needs analysis. You will also be shown how to leverage the principles of adult learning to improve your stakeholder relationships, make your sessions more impactful, more memorable, more enjoyable for your learners and less stressful for you to prepare and deliver.

PRE-PROGRAM: Reflection of your current risk and compliance training needs
SESSION 1: How to determine true Risk and Compliance Training Needs with your key stakeholders
SESSION 2: Applying Principles of Adult Learning to improve 1st Line Engagement
MID-PROGRAM: Putting it into Practice – Conduct a Sample Workplace TNA
SESSION 3: Peer Review and Feedback – Present your TNA to the Group
Mid-program task will be provided on the first day of the program and you will have 2 weeks to complete the activity prior to the final session. It is estimated the workplace activity will take approximately 2 hours to complete.

About the Facilitator
As the Principal Consultant of RG Consulting Services, Richard Evans plays an active role in partnering with executive management and risk and compliance professionals in the design and delivery of highly effective learning strategies which meet both business knowledge needs and regulatory requirements. He takes a people based approach, building trust and respect from all as he takes them on the learning journey.
Prior to establishing RGCS, Richard focused his attention on the area of legal and compliance education, having held senior positions as the Head of Legal and Compliance Education for both UBS Investment Bank and Deutsche Bank. In these roles he was an active senior member of global educations teams, where he led the build and implementation of legal and compliance education strategies across various divisions and off shore locations.
With a Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Arts, Master of Education, and Graduate Certificate of Risk and Compliance Management, Richard is both passionate and dedicated to the continued improvement of initiatives which build risk and compliance capability.
