One of the biggest challenges leaders face is having difficult conversations with key stakeholders. Whether it is a boss, peer, team member or external client, difficult conversations is something we all have to learn how to do effectively. The purpose of this course is to equip leaders with practical tools and techniques to handle challenging conversations and provide constructive feedback in an effective manner.

  • Leaders are confident and able to get key messages across clearly in challenging conversations
  • Leaders are able to use the techniques to deliver well structured messages whilst keeping emotions in check
  • Leaders are able to maintain relationships and move on from a difficult conversation which benefits the parties involved and the business

This is a very practical course where tips and tools are provided, practice time is given and expert feedback provided to ensure leaders can utilise these skills without hesitation
