In this session, we will build upon the tips and tools covered in the initial difficult conversations and build the following:

  • Skill of framing a difficult conversation as part of the introduction together with practice 
  • Framework and techniques for reading communication styles and identifying the communication preferences of others
  • Techniques for flexing your communication to enhance rapport

*Please note - it is not a requirement to have attended the first instalment of this event 'Leadership: Difficult conversations & constructive feedback'.

Public speaking training: Conducted training sessions for a number of Australian and International organisations including Westpac Banking Corporation and Web Directions and developed and delivered technical financial crime prevention training in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom, Pacific Islands. Personal coaching: Assisted a number of entrepreneurs in developing sales pitches for investors. She holds the following qualifications:
