How to gain a competitive advantage and manage risk by better identifying, measuring and managing workplace behaviour.

Over recent years, as the way we operate changes, organisations have strived to create resilient, high performing teams – working hard to ensure they remain competitive by having fully engaged, agile, workforces and above-the-line actions to collaboratively achieve a future vision. With all attention focused on constructing these blocks of success, the condition of the foundations on which they are built have, at times, been seemingly brushed aside which has led to a breakdown in processes, controls, governance and ultimately trust. As organisations pick up the pieces, it is clear that such conduct is attributed to culture.

In this event we will provide you with an overview of how to get ahead of the curve and capitalise on the power of understanding your culture. Through assessment, assurance and transformation, improvements in your workplace management are achievable – generating value by proactively managing emerging opportunities and risks.
