The GRC Institute invites you to join us on 17 May 2018 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the offices of McGrathNicol, Level 7/175 Eagle Street Brisbane to discuss the proposed legislative changes to the Australia’s corporate whistle-blower regime.  Graham Newton, Partner at McGrathNicol will share with us the problems with the existing regime and the proposed changes to be introduced and how they will impact those entities that will be subject to the impending changes. 

Our Speaker: 

Graham is a Partner at McGrathNicol in the Forensic team and has over 25 years’ experience in the investigation of integrity related matters including fraud, bribery, corruption and workplace misconduct.  Graham has assisted listed groups, government agencies and private companies in the investigation of serious integrity related allegations, many of which are prompted by whistle-blowers providing anonymous information and seeking assurance that their concerns are taken seriously.  In his role Graham, also oversees the McGrathNicol whistle-blower hotline service that provides a confidential and anonymous mechanism for people to provide information in relation to alleged breaches of integrity.
